Charleville Golf club held an Open 3 Ball Champagne Scramble to celebrate their 80th Anniversary. One of our nine nursing homes, Teach Altra, received a special mention for their generous annual sponsorship where they sponsored the prizes on the day.
It was all for a special cause as it allowed for the club to support the fundraising for the Local Alzheimer’s Society, who also have a respite bed in Teach Altra Nursing Home. This society is a vital service, providing valuable information and assistance to those affected by Alzheimer’s and Dementia and we’re proud to have helped to raise money and awareness for such a worthy cause.
It was a terrific day out and great fun was had by all, despite the weather!
